Are you a bookkeeper? We are looking for virtual bookkeepers experienced in using QuickBooks® for a variety of industries. To be considered for a bookkeeper position with us, you MUST have:
- Home office in a quiet setting with access to a computer with Internet, fax, and other basic office tools.
- Extensive experience using QuickBooks® product line for a variety of industries.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Good understanding of for-profit and nonprofit accounting processes.
- Must be able to multi-task and handle multiple projects and responsibilities without constant micromanagement.
- Ability to work productively in a virtual environment.
Experience with payroll, sales and use tax processes is a plus.
Must be willing to sign a noncompete/nondisclosure agreement.
